Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to address diverse client issues and facilitate recovery.

• Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary teams through clear documentation and active participation in meetings, including patient rounds, to ensure cohesive care delivery.

• Provide case management services to assigned patients, collaborating with various healthcare and community professionals to coordinate comprehensive and appropriate care.
