Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, and families, capturing critical information to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Providing psychotherapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address a range of mental health issues.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, participating in case meetings, and effectively communicating assessment outcomes and treatment strategies.

• Managing a caseload of clients, with duties that include facilitating therapy sessions, monitoring client progress, and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure therapeutic effectiveness.

• Completing all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Acting as a liaison between clients and additional support systems, providing case management services that foster connections with community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Oakridge Counseling range from adolescents to adults, presenting with diverse backgrounds and varying levels of mental health challenges. Our focus is on treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including up to 40 hours per week, accommodating sessions as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
