Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based clinical interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities tailored to the client's requirements and goals.

• Engage in ongoing communication with multidisciplinary team members regarding treatment strategies, progress, and modifications to care plans during regular meetings such as patient rounds.

• Facilitate case management for assigned patients, coordinating with community resources and professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

• Complete all documentation efficiently and ethically, ensuring compliance with internal standards and state regulations.

• Support patients in achieving their service plan goals through effective therapy sessions, emotional support, and crisis intervention as necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
