Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services, including individual and group therapy, to a diverse client base experiencing severe emotional or mental health challenges.

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to foster a cohesive approach to client care, ensuring that all treatment interventions are aligned with established goals.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans, facilitating access to additional services as needed while maintaining effective communication amongst family members and providers.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment progress to enhance clinical outcomes and maintain compliance with organizational policies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques to address immediate needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and innovations in social work.

• Participate in agency quality improvement committees to contribute to the enhancement of healthcare delivery systems.

• Be available for on-call responsibilities as assigned to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals in a school setting who experience a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Many clients may come from under-resourced environments, necessitating a compassionate and understanding approach to therapy. You will be instrumental in creating a safe environment for these individuals, enabling them to express their concerns and work towards resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in social work or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• A valid LCSW license in Texas and at least two years of relevant clinical experience.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
