Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop thoughtful treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in consultation efforts for pre-crisis and crisis planning, including the development of behavioral guidelines and medication treatment plans.

• Complete all required documentation punctually, adhering to regulatory standards to maintain compliance.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as indicated in collaboration with our clinical team to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at enhancing client outcomes.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and other relevant service systems to facilitate effective service delivery.

• Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to uphold our organizational mission and meet contractual obligations.

• Establish partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and identify new funding opportunities.
