Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults, particularly older adults who may be experiencing complex emotional and psychological challenges related to their health conditions or life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and healthcare team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.
