Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique challenges.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for each client in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring timely and comprehensive completion of notes.

• Regularly schedule ongoing appointments, keeping an updated calendar to facilitate optimal client engagement and satisfaction.

• Utilize our billing service to streamline administrative tasks, including handling claims, managing client and insurance accounts, and overseeing benefit and eligibility verifications.

• Demonstrate flexibility and proficiency in working with a variety of clinical presentations, adjusting approaches as needed to meet individual client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required, with further qualifications in relevant therapeutic practices.

• Current LCSW licensure, enabling independent practice.

• Availability for full-time work (40 hours/week) including a minimum of 20-25 hours of client sessions and two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, with salaries ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will receive:
