Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gateway Behavioral Health Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing our efficient billing service to manage claims, ensuring timely submissions and tracking of client and insurance accounts.

• Completing comprehensive notes and maintaining accurate and timely record-keeping for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Managing your client appointments and maintaining an organized calendar to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Effectively assessing and addressing a wide variety of clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges, providing holistic support for your clients' mental health needs.

You will work with individuals and couples, which includes individuals from different cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this LCSW position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by potential performance-based bonuses. As a full-time employee, you will be offered:
