Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose patients using industry-standard tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on cultural relevance and addressing diverse patient needs.

• Regularly monitor and assess patient progress while adapting interventions and therapeutic strategies accordingly to facilitate continuous improvement in mental health.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of treatment records, clinical information, and reports, complying with regulatory and departmental standards using the latest electronic health record (EHR) technology.

• Coordinate care and referrals, acting as a liaison between patients and other treatment providers to ensure comprehensive support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
