This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your own home while providing essential services to clients within our Detox Center. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, evaluating their mental health status and formulating structured treatment plans based on evidence-based psychotherapy practices.

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Collaborate with clinic psychiatrists and child psychiatry fellows to integrate treatment approaches and ensure the highest standard of care.

• If you possess a passion for mentoring, you have the option to teach classes for medical students and supervise residents who are undergoing psychotherapy training.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case staffings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and develop cohesive treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions, interventions, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients, including older adults grappling with mental health issues, addiction, or co-occurring disorders. You’ll apply your clinical skills to create a safe and supportive environment, promoting recovery and resilience among a diverse population.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practice.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license within the state of California.
\n
• Demonstrated experience working with older adults and a strong understanding of the complexities they face.

• Exceptional clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to assess and address a wide range of mental health inclinations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
