Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations for each client, assessing their psychological and emotional needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior management strategies, ensuring effective interventions are in place to foster client engagement and motivation.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that promote recovery and empowerment.

• Provide education and support to families, helping them understand the recovery process and encouraging their involvement in their loved ones' treatment.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring that all client interactions and progress notes are recorded accurately and promptly, adhering to legal and ethical requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals transitioning from acute withdrawal to stable recovery. Our clients often come from various backgrounds, facing challenges such as addiction, co-occurring mental health disorders, and sociocultural barriers. Your expertise will enable you to deliver tailored support that meets their unique needs, guiding them toward healthier coping mechanisms and sustainable recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Lifescapes is proud to offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
