Peace of Mind Mental Health Care & Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative team. You'll be working with a variety of stakeholders, including healthcare providers, families, and community organizations, all dedicated to advancing the well-being of children in various settings. Our detox center serves as a crucial service point, addressing the needs of children and families impacted by substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families.
\n
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitoring and evaluating child outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Providing ongoing support and education to families, empowering them with strategies to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Complying with all federal and state regulations regarding social work practices.
\n
• Building rapport with children, families, and colleagues to establish a conducive learning environment.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment methodologies in your work.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be focusing on young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays, ensuring they receive the support needed to develop critical skills during their formative years. This includes addressing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills essential for their growth and integration into everyday life.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
\n
• Current licensure as a LCSW through the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel to client sites as necessary.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to individuals with:

• At least one year of experience working in early intervention services for children.

• A demonstrated commitment to leveraging Natural Learning Environment Practices in their work.
