Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments that focus on the client’s individual strengths and needs, assessing their readiness for change and identifying key therapeutic goals.

• Independently create and implement effective treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies that outline clear, measurable objectives and intervention strategies tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic support through individual therapy sessions, facilitating clients to achieve greater personal and interpersonal growth through evidence-based practices.

• Continuously monitor the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for clients in the detox center.

• Maintain minimal yet essential documentation, including initial intake assessments, tailored treatment plans, and regular progress notes after each session to track client development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals undergoing detoxification and those facing challenges related to substance use disorders. Your ability to empathize and communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds will be crucial in fostering their trust and creating a safe space for recovery. Qualifications\n
