Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will include the following:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients presenting with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based screening tools.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure access to necessary services, collaborating with families and other healthcare providers.

• Provide individual and group therapy that focuses on prevention, treatment, and recovery, adapting methodologies to each client's unique needs.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on clients’ evolving requirements, ensuring timely responses to crises.

• Maintain ethical standards set by licensing boards and Mindful Clinical Therapy’s code of conduct while providing compassionate care.

• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development workshops to enhance service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and submit required reports and data in a timely manner to facilitate positive patient outcomes.

• Maintain an on-call schedule to provide support during and after program hours when necessary.

You will primarily be serving clients who are seeking recovery from substance dependency and dealing with mental health issues exacerbated by their situational circumstances. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
