Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical support to clients experiencing severe emotional difficulties or mental health conditions through both in-office and community-based interactions.

• Develop integrated care plans that encompass access to necessary services and facilitate ongoing communication among clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to evaluate client needs and make informed referrals for additional services when necessary.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment plans align with clients’ presenting problems and requests.
\n
• Assist clients in crisis situations while implementing appropriate interventions to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
\n
• Monitor client progress, verifying admissions, continued treatment, and discharge criteria in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Participate in departmental committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving client outcomes.
\n
• Ensure the timely completion of documentation and reporting as per the guidelines set forth by our organization.

• Provide on-call coverage as assigned, fostering a support system that extends beyond regular program hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals grappling with complex mental health issues, including but not limited to major depression, anxiety disorders, and other severe emotional conditions. Many of our clients come from under-resourced backgrounds, requiring not just therapeutic intervention but also sensitivity to their diverse cultural and socioeconomic contexts. As an LCSW with Insightful Path, you will be an integral part of their healing journey, working to empower them through skilled social work practices.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical social work setting, preferably with a focus on mental health.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and mental health assessments.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to clients and professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Insightful Path Mental Counseling offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
