Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients, employing therapeutic techniques to address diverse mental health needs.

• Manage scheduling effectively, including ongoing client appointments to ensure continuity of care.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation of client interactions to maintain comprehensive records necessary for treatment and billing.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care, sharing insights and strategies for improved client outcomes.

• Utilize a sophisticated billing service to handle claims processing, client accounts, and payment plan management, alleviating administrative burdens.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals of all ages, including children, adults, and couples facing a spectrum of mental health challenges. Due to our ties with a hospice center, we often work with clients experiencing complex emotional and psychological issues stemming from end-of-life care and grief. The ability to establish rapport and provide compassionate support in high-stress situations is essential.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field accompanied by independent licensure as an LCSW.

• Strong professionalism and ethical competencies along with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Demonstrated self-motivation and a commitment to maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

• Flexibility to work a minimum of 20-25 hours a week, including availability for evening sessions at least twice a week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, therapists are eligible for a sign-on bonus and a performance-based bonus system. Other benefits include:
