Key Responsibilities\n

• Provision of clinical services both in the remote setting and within the community for clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Engagement in a multidisciplinary team approach to cross-functional goals, contributing to team success and collaborative problem-solving.

• Development of strong therapeutic relationships with clients, facilitating trust and respect throughout the therapeutic process.

• Carrying a manageable caseload that includes conducting assessments, delivering individual and group therapy, and developing integrated care plans tailored to client needs.

• Providing crisis intervention support as necessary, with an acute focus on safety and risk management.
\n
• Timely completion of documentation, ensuring accurate and thorough reporting of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes.

• Participation in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement across the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients who face challenges associated with severe mental health conditions, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in providing brief, focused prevention and recovery services that empower clients to achieve their wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is required.

• A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is essential for this position.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations, particularly those facing mental health challenges.

• Superior verbal and written communication abilities, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members from various backgrounds.

• Proven organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
