Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans detailing specific goals and therapeutic interventions in collaboration with clients.

• Engage with other health care professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and holistic care to clients, enhancing therapy outcomes.

• Participate in crisis intervention when necessary, assessing risks and creating safety plans that prioritize client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a thorough record of client progress and treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
