Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve directly as a clinician for clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in the community and via virtual platforms.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve common goals while upholding accountability and transparency.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct initial screenings and ongoing assessments, adapting strategies to fit individual clients’ developmental needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring rapid and appropriate responses to client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
