Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs, incorporating both individual and group therapy sessions as well as other evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health and substance use needs, then maintain comprehensive progress notes to monitor treatment efficacy.

• Engage actively with clients through insightful therapy sessions aimed at fostering personal insights and encouraging sustainable positive change in their lives.

• Collaborate closely with clinical directors to ensure clinical documentation is accurate, compliant with state and federal regulations, and reflective of continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Participate consistently in staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions, sharing insights and contributing to a dynamic team culture focused on quality improvement.

• Forge and nurture professional relationships with clients, fellow team members, and external stakeholders to enhance holistic treatment offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily include adults experiencing mental health disorders and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to recognizing the expertise of our employees.
