Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized service plans that detail specific goals, interventions, and progress tracking measures for clients.

• Provide counseling to clients facing diverse life challenges, including trauma, mental health issues, and interpersonal conflicts, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans as necessary to ensure client well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
