Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services, including assessments and therapy, for clients with severe emotional disorders directly from your home office.

• Engage with clients, their families, and allied service providers to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on individual empowerment and safety.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to identify clients' needs and arrange for more extensive assessments where necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and peer review to enhance clinical skills and promote best practices.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts when required, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to client needs.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

• Meet documentation requirements, submitting timely reports and maintaining accurate client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily entail working with clients facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. By addressing their individual and complex needs through tailored interventions, you will play a crucial role in facilitating their recovery journey, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting overall community well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required, along with current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Proficiency in developing individualized plans and seamlessly linking clients to necessary community and healthcare services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience (minimum of 2 years) working in a clinical setting, particularly with populations experiencing severe mental illnesses, is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
