This role is set in a remote work environment primarily focused on providing services to students within a school setting. You will collaborate virtually with educational staff, parents, and community mental health resources to support the holistic needs of students. Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a direct clinician, working both in-office and in the community to support assigned clients experiencing mental health symptoms.

• Conduct initial assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic sessions—including individual, group, and family therapy.
\n
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary in alignment with client needs and agency standards.
\n
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that connect clients to relevant services, including referrals to external resources.
\n
• Conduct brief and developmentally appropriate screenings, ensuring timely and accurate assessments and follow-ups.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support to clients in need of urgent care.
\n
• Maintain compliance with organizational protocols and adhere to professional ethical guidelines in all client interactions.

• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and collaboration within the agency.

• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation, reports, and data submissions related to client care and agency operations.

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds who face a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Understanding and addressing the cultural, social, and familial contexts influencing their behaviors and emotions is crucial. You will work alongside educators and parents to create a supportive environment that fosters healing and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice in New York.

• Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment related to a variety of mental health disorders.

• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—facilitating effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of practical experience as a clinician, preferably within a school setting or with youth populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000–85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
