Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and implement evidence-based interventions for clients with complex mental health needs.

• Carry a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring that treatment is client-centered and tailored to individual requests.

• Develop and integrate care plans that connect clients to essential services and support systems while fostering relationships with family members and other healthcare providers.

• Engage in crisis intervention and support strategies, demonstrating quick response capabilities consistent with best practices in social work.

• Monitor client progress through regular meetings, managing admission criteria, continued care, and discharge planning.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to advocate for client needs and contribute to team goals.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and timely reports on client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Provide emergency on-call coverage as required during and after program hours.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
