Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insight into clients' backgrounds, presenting issues, and treatment objectives.

• Deliver tailored individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

Next Step Mental Health Center Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
