Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, manage, and implement comprehensive support packages tailored to help clients cope with emotional, psychological, and social challenges related to terminal illnesses and end-of-life issues.

• Conduct detailed interviews with clients and family members to assess their current conditions, needs, strengths, and areas that may require further support.

• Develop personalized, measurable goals for each client and actively monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Provide valuable information and counseling in a client-centered manner during therapy sessions, utilizing empathy and understanding to guide discussions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
