Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring that goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).

• Deliver crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and enabling clients to create safety plans while coordinating emergency resources as necessary.

• Act as a staunch advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are upheld and assisting them in navigating complex healthcare and community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment strategies, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
