Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients dealing with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based practices.

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients to enhance their sense of safety and support, fostering open communication.

• Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments, referring clients for more comprehensive evaluations as necessary.

• Carry a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy tailored to clients' presenting issues and treatment requests.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
