Key Responsibilities\n

You will work with patients and their families to address issues involving anticipatory grief, anxiety, and existential distress, helping them to navigate this critical juncture with dignity and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and current LCSW license in Pennsylvania.
