Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Working in our hospice center, you will primarily serve patients dealing with terminal illnesses, which requires a deep understanding of grief, loss, and the psychological complexities related to end-of-life issues. You will be instrumental in providing comfort and support to patients as they transition through this vital stage of their lives, while also attending to the emotional needs of their family members.

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

  A valid LCSW or LCSW-R license in New York State is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in palliative care, grief counseling, or working with terminally ill patients will be highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual collaboration tools is a plus, as we are adapting to new ways of serving our clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
