Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify patients' mental health statuses, strengths, and individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate patient recovery.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive coordinated care for your patients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, available treatment options, and any prescribed medications.

• Provide individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy, tailoring interventions to meet each patient's unique requirements.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with the treatment team that align with patients' goals and preferences.

• Assist patients in navigating the complexities of the mental health system, advocating for their rights and needs in a compassionate manner.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
