Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evidence-based assessments and screenings while developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans based on client needs.

• Engage with clients directly both in virtual settings and onsite at partnered schools, providing therapeutic services such as individual, group, and family therapy.

• Maintain a caseload, ensuring timely documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback from clients and caregivers.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring clients receive prompt support during critical situations.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and their families by maintaining open lines of communication and providing resources for additional support.

• Participate in professional development and training sessions to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with children and adolescents experiencing symptoms associated with major mental health disorders, emotional disturbances, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
