This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility to manage your schedule effectively while maintaining a full caseload. You will be integrated into a school environment, working closely with educators, administrators, students, and their families to identify needs and deliver targeted support. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate each student's mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans in line with established best practices.

• Administering therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual preferences and requirements.

• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA and other regulations to ensure confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including school psychologists, psychiatrists, and educational professionals, to create cohesive and effective care strategies for students.

• Providing educational resources and support to students and their families regarding mental health, treatment methodologies, and community resources.
\n
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to promote best practice approaches and improve the quality of care.

• Keeping abreast of developments and research in mental health to deliver informed and up-to-date interventions.

• Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring treatment goals are achieved within established timeframes while adhering to the ethical guidelines of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse population ranging from elementary to high school students who may face challenges related to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health concerns. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in mitigating these challenges by providing a safe space for students to express their feelings and navigate their emotional landscapes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
