Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities tailored to meet student needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices in record-keeping to ensure compliance and accountability.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes school psychologists, special education staff, and administrative personnel to coordinate care and maximize support for each student.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation sessions to further develop your skills and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Educate and support students and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering a deeper understanding of their challenges and empowering them in their treatment journeys.

Your primary focus will be on students within the Galveston area who are dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice and theory.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
