Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position tailored to offer clinicians the flexibility needed to accommodate the unique schedules of students and their families, as well as their own. The work schedule includes some evening and weekend hours, ensuring accessibility to all clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your expertise in clinical social work to independently diagnose psychosocial issues and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each student.

• Engage collaboratively with patients to foster trust and encourage open dialogue, crafting patient-centered treatment strategies that promote healing and growth.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, ensuring interventions are personalized and impactful.

• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and primary care providers, to maintain an integrated approach to mental health support.

• Regularly assess and monitor treatment outcomes, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure patient progress is consistently moving toward established goals.

• Provide oversight and support for patients on psychotropic medications, monitoring compliance, side effects, and effectiveness to align with treatment protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a diverse array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
