This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing you with a conducive environment to focus on your clients while balancing your personal commitments. Our practice utilizes a billing service that manages claims, client accounts, and insurance communications, allowing you to dedicate more time to therapy and less time on administrative tasks. You will benefit from furnished office space for any in-person client meetings, as well as access to a comprehensive Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Gateway Behavioral Health Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, spanning various age groups and backgrounds.

• Completing timely documentation and maintaining accurate records for all clients, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards.

• Scheduling appointments and coordinating your calendar to optimize client availability and therapeutic progress.

• Engaging in collaborative treatment planning with colleagues to enhance therapeutic outcomes and address complex clinical presentations effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from different age strata and cultural backgrounds. You will work with clients experiencing various mental health challenges, enabling you to apply and further develop your therapeutic skills. This role will specifically focus on creating customized treatment plans that enhance the emotional well-being of school-aged children and adolescents, guiding them through personal and academic challenges.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, along with an active and independently held LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
