Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ emotional and psychological well-being to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to foster positive developmental outcomes in a school context.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with educators, families, and other health professionals to create a holistic support system around each student.

• Participate in regular training sessions to remain current with emerging trends in mental health and best practices in counseling.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in emergency situations, ensuring the immediate safety and well-being of students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
