Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient’s mental health status, strengths, and needs, using standardized assessment tools.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Assist patients and their families in understanding diagnoses and treatment options, enhancing their capacity to engage actively in the therapeutic process.

• Develop detailed and personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, reflecting patient goals, preferences, and progress.

• Advocate for patients navigating the complexities of the mental health system, ensuring their rights and needs are upheld throughout the treatment process.

This role primarily focuses on supporting individuals in school environments, often addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
