Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, identifying social determinants and establishing individualized treatment goals.

• Lead group therapy sessions that focus on providing peer support, psychoeducation, and skill development to foster community and resilience among clients.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, ensuring measurable outcomes and consistent progress tracking.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including performing risk assessments and formulating safety plans to protect client welfare during critical situations.

• Advocate for clients’ access to a wide array of healthcare and community resources, skillfully navigating the complexities of service systems.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes that adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
