Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Thrive Collective Health Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients seeking skills-based support and develop individualized treatment plans aligning with best practice standards.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to fit the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.

• Engage in collaborative meetings with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to review cases and refine treatment strategies.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review to elevate the standard of care offered in our center.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health treatments, encompassing available resources in the community.

• Continuously enhance your knowledge of emerging research and developments in mental health practice to integrate new insights into your clinical work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals dealing with substance use disorders and accompanying mental health challenges. Your focus will be on clients in a detox setting, which requires a specialized approach to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with the ability to work in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
