Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the psychological, emotional, and social needs of clients entering the detox program.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide educational support and resources to families, helping them enhance their child’s development while navigating the complexities of detox and recovery.
\n
• Implement evidence-based practices and strategies using Natural Learning Environment Principles to promote effective interventions.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring the health and safety of clients and staff.
\n
• Develop trusting relationships with clients and families to create a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children and families engaged in early intervention programs related to detox services. You will work closely with vulnerable populations, including infants and toddlers who may face significant challenges due to developmental delays or disabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding these families through critical early phases of care, ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary for successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health in Arizona.

• A valid driver's license to enable travel when required.
