Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health histories, identifying current issues and potential risk factors that may affect their care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering emotional resilience and adaptive coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals—including physicians, psychologists, and nursing staff—to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to mental health care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and mental health support for clients dealing with acute psychological distress.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the highest standard of personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid LCSW licensure in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
