Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, integrating into the educational framework of a private school. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising educators, school administrators, counselors, and other mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations for students, taking into account individual personal histories, current issues, and relevant risk factors.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique mental health concerns, emotional health requirements, and integration into the school community.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy to address a wide array of mental health challenges.

• Facilitate engaging and supportive individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering personal growth, enhancing emotional regulation skills, and developing effective coping mechanisms.

• Engage collaboratively with other mental health experts, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care and streamline treatment pathways.
\n
• Respond promptly to crisis situations by providing immediate mental health interventions and resources as necessary.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

The mental health services provided will focus primarily on the school-age population within our partnered private school. You will engage with students exhibiting a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, and trauma-related symptoms. Your role is essential in creating sustainable strategies that promote resilience and emotional well-being to facilitate academic and social success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited program is required.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health or educational settings is essential.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment interventions, and trauma-informed care principles.
\n
• Proficiency in performing mental health assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and crafting effective treatment strategies.

• Experience in conducting both individual and group therapy, adept in various therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
