Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates in a remote setting while primarily engaging with students in an outpatient office format. The work schedule typically follows a Monday to Friday routine from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and weekend rotations as necessary to address the needs of our students. Flexibility for on-call availability is also required to respond promptly to urgent situations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the emotional and psychological needs of students.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing mental health, emotional wellness, and successful school integration.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to specific conditions such as ASD, learning disabilities, ADHD, and trauma.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques that promote personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and school staff to coordinate comprehensive care for each child.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate therapeutic interventions.

• Educate students and their families about mental health issues and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain precise documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case conferences and professional development activities to enhance team collaboration and stay updated on best practices.

• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines within mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves students with various special needs, requiring a deep understanding of mental health disorders and an ability to approach each case with empathy and professionalism. Our clientele includes children facing challenges related to ASD, ADHD, emotional and behavioral disorders, and trauma, necessitating a tailored, sensitive approach to therapy and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Experience conducting mental health assessments and formulating treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Proficient in delivering individual and group therapy using a variety of therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
