Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging sessions providing individual and couples therapy tailored to the needs of clients from various age groups.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, including treatment notes and assessments, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Manage scheduling of ongoing appointments efficiently, ensuring clients receive the support they need on time while adhering to an organized calendar.

• Work collaboratively with other therapists, contributing to a positive workplace culture that emphasizes teamwork and mutual support.

• Utilize our comprehensive billing service that manages claims, client receivables, and eligibility checks to streamline your administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be working primarily with clients coping with addiction and their psychological health as they enter various stages of recovery. This role requires the ability to handle a variety of clinical presentations, ensuring each client feels supported and understood throughout their therapy journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active LCSW licensure in Texas, permitting independent practice.
\n
• Strong professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency.

• Exceptional skills in self-management and organizational abilities to handle a full caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, as a W2 employee, you will receive a host of benefits, including:
