Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to effectively understand clients' mental health challenges, including their strengths and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, setting specific therapeutic goals and defining actionable steps to promote client growth.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, along with risk assessments and safety planning to support at-risk clients.

• Oversee and lead psychoeducation classes and support groups to enhance community healing and facilitate peer support among clients.

• Ensure strict compliance with ethical and legal documentation standards, maintaining timely and accurate records.

You will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
