Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for patients, considering their personal history, current behavioral concerns, and potential risk factors.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific mental health needs of each patient, encouraging emotional healing and stability.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care techniques, to effectively treat various mental health challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on enhancing emotional regulation, coping strategies, and social skills.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure effective communication across disciplines.

• Provide crisis intervention and promptly address mental health emergencies, employing appropriate strategies to manage acute behavioral issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid LCSW license to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
