Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for patients in hospice care, considering their medical history, psychological status, and psychosocial factors affecting their well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and grief counseling techniques, to address the diverse mental health needs of our patients.

• Provide therapy sessions, both individually and with family groups, to foster understanding and emotional healing during challenging times.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and spiritual counselors, ensuring a well-rounded approach to patient care that integrates mental health principles throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
