Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements. As part of our detox center team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and addiction specialists, to create a supportive environment that prioritizes client care. This role is designed for someone who values telehealth and is comfortable using digital tools to connect with clients and families.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to inform treatment planning and interventions.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that all aspects are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Monitor and document client progress, contributing valuable insights to the care team to enhance strategy effectiveness.
\n
• Provide emotional and practical support to families, helping them understand the treatment process and the resources available to them.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based practices and interventions, adapting approaches to fit the diverse learning styles of clients.
\n
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching to foster skill development in clients.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations and organizational standards to maintain a safe environment for staff and clients.

• Create respectful and trusting relationships with clients, families, and team members to promote a collaborative and healthy treatment atmosphere.

• Share knowledge and skills with families that empower them to support their child's development outside of clinical settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients in a detox center, including individuals dealing with addiction challenges and their families. You will address a diverse array of needs, helping clients develop skills to manage their recovery effectively, ensuring a holistic approach that encompasses emotional, social, and developmental aspects.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW license from the Department of Public Health in Arizona.
\n
• One year of experience working in early intervention or with adult addiction-related cases.
\n
• A valid driver’s license for travel as needed.
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
