Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, developing tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments.

• Utilize our dedicated billing service for efficient management of claims, ensuring timely handling of client and insurance accounts.

• Maintain up-to-date records and clinical documentation for all clients, ensuring accurate tracking of their therapeutic progress.

• Manage appointment scheduling effectively, maintaining an organized and accessible calendar for ongoing client interactions.

• Work with a variety of clinical presentations, adapting therapy techniques and approaches to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their unique journeys by implementing evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a master's degree preferred.

• Possession of an LCSW license, allowing for independent practice in New York State.

• Strong self-motivation, organization, and time management skills to navigate a full caseload effectively.

• Availability for a full-time commitment (minimum of 20-25 hours per week) with flexibility for at least two evening sessions each week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 yearly, with opportunities for bonuses. Compensation is structured as a W2 employee model, and therapists have the option to create flexible schedules that suit their lifestyle, including the potential for hybrid work-from-home arrangements.
